  11. Go to Spanzo Bar in New New York and 
  12. talk to Mouth, then go to Quintown and 
  13. talk to Fasit. Attack Dragon Teeth at 
  14. location according to Fasit. Meet Stan 
  15. at Tuyak and go back to Regas with Stan 
  16. to talk to Yanin at the New York docks. 
  17. Meet Mouth in Himbleton. After having 
  18. license level 1 and having done everything 
  19. above, talk to Harvey Grant He will tell 
  20. you to destroy all the pirate groups,  
  21. then protect Hom from the attack of the 
  22. Pogodyne Security Fleet. Attack Pogodyne 
  23. Security Fleet, go to Argus Tech and ask 
  24. for the Anti-Matter gun, then go to the 
  25. Nova Research Lab. That's it!
